Communicate shipping transit times at checkout so your customers know when to expect their deliveries, even before completing their purchase. Remember, be transparent about shipping delays due carrier delays or other issues that may hold up your customers’ packages.
5. Reward loyal customers
Reward loyal customers with your best deals, such as tiered-spending rewards, extra discounts, early access to Black Friday sales, perks for friends and family referrals, and bonus points as part of your customer loyalty program. For example, you can offer existing subscribers on your email list exclusive sales.
